Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a refund for any amount paid before May 1st, 2024. 

FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE JUNE 1ST.​

$25 cancellation fee after May 1st, $100 cancellation fee after June 1st

You can either pay by credit card on here for a small handling fee or you can send your check or payment ​made out to Seminole Trails Camp.

Team Camp Coach Form

Team coaches - please fill out the following google form! 

​Team Camp is for groups of five or more campers. Team Camp Coach is FREE, two FREE coaches with 10 or more paid campers, you can mix with other teams, but you must come as ONE Team.  Additional coaches can attend for $250 each.  Coaches must provide transportation to their group to trails and activities.
