MISSION STATEMENTOur goal for Seminole Trails Elite Winter Camp is that each participant leaves with a deeper understanding of competitive distance running and the excitement to pursue their potential at the collegiate level and beyond.
Now in its 23rd year, Seminole Trails Camp was founded by Florida State University's Head Cross Country & Track Coach Bob Braman in 2001 to give high school runners the opportunity to train on Tallahassee’s scenic trails. With 41 years of collegiate coaching experience, Coach Braman has led summer running camps for over 40 years, guiding runners of all abilities. The Winter Elite Camp offers specialized instruction, lectures, and insights from a Hall of Fame College Coach and Olympian miler to help talented runners refine their skills and understand what it takes to succeed at the next level. Our camp fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and provides a platform for both individuals and teams to connect with other dedicated runners from across the state as they prepare for their future in the sport. |
