Camp Info

 

Elements of the camps include:
  • Daily runs/workouts on the beautiful shaded trails and dirt roads of Tallahassee.
  • Detailed guidance on pre-season training/preparation including periodization and goal setting.
  • Biomechanical Analysis
  • Learning drills and form improvement
  • Race modeling
  • Psychology of endurance competition.


Where: Campers stay at Salley Hall on the campus of Florida State University where meals will be provided at Seminole Café next to the Hall. Campers will be transported to the many different soft-surface, shaded trails in the Tallahassee area. 

Seminole Trails Summer Cross Country Camp
June 17-21, 2025

Individual Overnight Camp $575: 
 Campers attending without a coach; includes meals, housing and transportation to the Trails and Activities

Day Camper $375:
Day campers get all of the same benefits as overnight campers except Housing (includes all meals)
 Day Campers get dropped off and picked up from Salley Hall (usually 6:30am to 9pm)

Team Camper($535): Five or more campers attending with a Coach; Coach provides transportation to the Trails and Activities

Camp Location: Salley Hall, Florida State University, 1106 W. Call St, Tallahassee, 32304

​Check-In and Check Out: 
Check-In is 12-2:30pm on June 17 at Salley Hall on the campus of Florida State University (follow camp signs)
Check-out is 10:30am to 12pm on June 21

Cost 

..At check-in, each camper will receive a Camp T-Shirt  featuring the camp logo + additional items.

Coach Camper: Free with 5 or more campers- must provide transportation to Trails and Activities; 2 free coaches with 10 or more- additional coaches or chaperones $300.00 each
