Team Camp Coach Form

Hello Coaches! Team Camp is for groups of 5 of more campers! Coach is FREE, two FREE coaches with 10 or more paid campers, you can mix with other teams, but you must come as ONE Team.  Additional coaches can attend for $250 each.  Coaches must provide transportation to their group to trails and activities. 

Please bring a photocopy of your insurance card with you to check in, on day 1 of camp.
