JULY 7th- WEDNESDAY 
1:00- 3:00pm:  Check In (Salley Hall: 1106 W. Call St.) 
3:30-3:45pm:   General Introductions. Meet in lobby lounge, be ready to go run after. 
4:00pm:  Depart for trail run at Tom Brown Park. 
4:30-5:30pm: Run at trail. 
6:00-7:00pm:   Dinner at Seminole Cafe 
7:15-8:15pm:    Speaker session with Coach Braman: Rundementals  
8:30-9:30pm  : Ice Breakers/Games at the track.  
10:00pm: Dorm Check 
11:00pm:  Lights out 

 
JULY 8TH- THURSDAY 
6:30am:   Wake up 
7:00am:  Depart for trail run at Wakulla Springs 
9:00am  : Breakfast at trailhead 
9:30am-11:00am:  Soak and swim at Wakulla Springs 

12:00-1:00pm:  Lunch at Seminole Cafe 
1:30-2:30pm  : Speaker Session with Coach Braman: Training With a Purpose 
3:00-4:00pm: Games/Activities in IPF 
4:00-4:30pm: Body weights with Strength Coach Madison Peele in IPF 
5:00-6:30pm :  Dinner at Seminole Cafe 
6:30-7:00pm: Evening meeting in Salley Hall Lobby  
7:00pm:  Depart for FunStation or stay on campus for Trivia Night 

7:20-9:20pm: FunStation ($3 Per Activity: Go-Karts, Laser Tag, Mini Golf, and the NEW Sizzler) 
10:00 pm: Dorm Check 
11:00pm : Lights out 

 
 
JULY 9TH- FRIDAY 
6:30am  : Wake up 
7:00am:  Depart for trail run at Lafeyette Heritage Park 
9:00am  : Breakfast at trailhead 
10:00-10:30am : Core with Strength Coach Madison Peele at IPF 
12:00-1:00pm:  Lunch at Seminole Cafe 
1:30-2:30pm  Speaker Session with Coach Braman: Goal Setting and Mental Game  
3:00-4:30pm : Games at Mike Long Track 
5:00-6:30pm:   Dinner at Seminole Cafe 
7:00-8:00pm  : Speaker session Collegiate Running - Coach Braman, Erik Stevens, Matt Layten  
 
*College Athlete Question and Answer to follow 
8:30-9:15pm : Wind down with yoga on the track.   
10:00pm: Dorm Check  
11:00pm:  Lights out 
 
JULY 10TH- SATURDAY 
6:30am  : Wake up 
7:00am:  Trail run at Miccosukee Greenway 
9:00am:   Breakfast at trailhead  
10:00-11:30am : Volleyball tournament and/or tie dye 
11:30-12:30pm:  Lunch at Seminole Cafe. 
1:00-2:00pm  : Speaker Session with Coach Braman: Speed and Intervals 
2:00-3:30pm:   Free Time 
3:30-5:00pm:   Relay and team challenges 
5:00-6:30pm : Dinner at Seminole Cafe 
7:00-8:00pm:  Pack and Clean 
8:30-10:30pm: Camp Dance  
10:45pm: Dorm Check 
11:00pm:  Lights out 

 
JULY 11TH- SUNDAY 
6:30am:   Wake up 
7:00am:  Trail run
7:30-8:30am:  **Krispy Kreme- 2Mile Challenge!** 
9:00am:   Breakfast at trail 
9:30am:  Return to campus to pack and clean rooms 
10:00am-12pm:  Checkout 
Everyone must be checked out by noon. 
Each camper is responsible for his/her own building access card & room key. 
There will be fines for lost items.

Just wondering if there are any changes to check in or camp schedule based on weather conditions. We are driving up from Pinellas county and the West Coast will be seeing some poor conditions Wednesday morning.
